Super fast responses, chilled replies, and he solved issues that genuinely would’ve taken me 10+ hours of going back and forth with Claude trying to figure out myself.

Thank God Kaching isn’t going all-in on AI support. Half of these Shopify app/extension companies are switching to AI customer service, and most of the time it’s completely useless when you have an actual technical issue.
