Being new to working with DSers for an order cancellation, I was getting frustrated with advice I was getting and accidentally found where to contact someone at DSers!! I was assisted by Esfania, a very personable as well as knowledgeable advisor to help me. I am very proud of my online store Rustic Trail Depot, and I am hoping for a very positive future for my store. Being new to retailing it was a breath of fresh air to have Esfania walk me through the process for cancelling an order between Shopify and DSers.
