When you reached out to our support team about the issue where clicking “View Details” wasn’t redirecting you to the audit details, we wanted to investigate this properly and determine what was causing the issue. We sent a collaborator access request to your Shopify admin so our team could access your store, reproduce the issue, and troubleshoot it directly.

We’ve checked the status of the request, and the collaborator request is still showing as pending on our end. As we haven’t received confirmation that access was accepted, we unfortunately haven’t been able to access your store and investigate the issue further.
