We’ve been using BiteSpeed for almost 2 years now and have been quite happy with how the platform has evolved over time.
The team has always been very cooperative and supportive, especially Payal, our POC, who helped us set up and optimize our customer journeys. With their support, we’ve been able to achieve some strong numbers in retention marketing as well.
Overall, a solid platform with a responsive team and a good understanding of D2C retention.
