Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

Once the best, now completely broken since the Fiverr acquisition.
This used to be the top app in the market, but it has completely gone downhill. Core features like price monitoring and supplier importing no longer work. I have opened multiple support tickets, but all I receive are empty apologies and broken promises.
I am being charged over $200 a month for a service I cannot use due to ongoing technical issues. If I am not getting price and inventory monitoring, there is no reason to suffer with this app; I could easily use a basic alternative for $10 that imports thousands of items without monitoring.
To make matters worse, their technical failures occur at least three times a year, with each issue taking months to resolve. Effectively, I am paying for a service that is broken six months out of the year. Additionally, if you try to downgrade your subscription, they force you to delete all your store items. This app is no longer viable, and you will lose more money covering its subscription costs than you will ever make using it. Avoid at all costs.
