I really enjoy using Easyship because of the number of features and options it offers compared with other shipping platforms I’ve used. The platform is easy to navigate, especially if you’re already familiar with shipping, and I love having the ability to do things that aren’t always possible elsewhere, such as combining orders and having more flexibility with how shipments are managed.
My experiences with support have varied, but I recently had an urgent issue and one representative truly went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, understood the urgency of the situation, and made a real effort to get it resolved, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the features and flexibility of Easyship are what really stand out to me, and having such a positive experience with this particular representative made an important difference as well.
