This is an incredible product. I had attempted to build a custom solution for many months, but as soon as I downloaded Zipchat and uploading part of the training data, it dramatically improved in both speed and functionality. Also, a special shout out to Lorena who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Can't say enough positive things about this company.
Wow, thank you! Months of building something custom and then seeing Zipchat take off after just part of the training data must have been quite the moment. We’ll make sure Lorena sees this, she’ll be thrilled to know she made such a difference. Really appreciate you taking the time to share all this!
