I must upgrade to business to cancel some fraudulent orders. Almost impossible to downgrade or cancel app subscription.
Dear Merchant,
This is Ria, Co-Founder of Appstle. Canceling or pausing a subscription contract does not require a plan upgrade. It is available on the FREE plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page, including moving back to the Free plan without being locked into a paid plan.
The Free plan's features and limits are clearly outlined on our Shopify App Store listing, Billing page in the app, and website.
