Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The app itself is fairly user friendly and I love all the options and customization it allows. Looking forward to gaining more customer insights.

I will say the onboarding process has not been my favorite I feel like they are pushing through and not helping with best practices or ensuring its properly installed. Hopefully the customer service moving forward is even better. I would 4.5 stars if I could just a half star off for the onboarding, because everything else, so far, is great.
