Exceptional Customer Service from Blanca!
I want to give a huge thank you to Blanca from DSers for her outstanding support. I was having problems processing my orders from DSers to AliExpress, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process.
Blanca first gave me clear step-by-step instructions so I could understand how to fix the issue myself in the future. Even after following the directions, I still couldn’t get it working. Blanca stepped in and fixed the problem for me in less than a minute!
She clearly knows her job extremely well and works quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to receive customer service this good. Blanca is an absolute asset to the DSers team, and they are very lucky to have someone so capable and dedicated supporting their customers.
