Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

Stay away from Yotpo... save yourself a lot of money and headaches. Select Okendo! Buyer Beware. I'm writing this review in hopes of preventing you the wasted time, effort and money that Yotpo cost our company. The platform is buggy, reporting is questionable and the Management team has no morals. They even went as far as to renew a contract that could not be renewed because they made material changes to the platform and never sent us a renewal notification while we were in the middle of new SMS provider evaluations.
