Hi there, thanks for the review and feedback.
Our app is limited by the speed at which Shopify can provide orders. In saying that, we are always working to improve performance.
We've reached out directly via our live chat for some more information.
Hopefully, with some new work that we have planned, we may be able to increase the speed a little bit.
