The team responded promptly and without hesitation offered an amazing solution that turned my perspective on the app around. With this team, if you have any feedback or suggestions, they listen. Customer service like this is rare. Just on this alone I recommend this app. Once in the app the set up is super easy and will solve a need that we have very well.

Thank you for this feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion. You’re right that order volume should be clear from the start. The App Store page only shows a limited number of tiers, and the “See all pricing options” link that explains how order volume affects your plan is easy to miss.
We’ve already made changes to our Shopify App Store listing, and we’re updating our website to be more transparent about how pricing is calculated in Simple Bundles. We’ve also reached out to you directly to make this right, and we really appreciate you taking the time to raise it. Thanks!
