The chat help in Mailchimp is really head and shoulders above what I've received on other apps. Getting the help I need is super important to me. I've had Jean a couple of times, and I've been super impressed how she's taken the time to walk me through all the steps needed and make sure my issues got resolved. So epic. Even issues that Claude or AI couldn't help me with.
