We needed an old, closed Shopify store removed from our DSers account. The in-app delete couldn't complete because the Shopify store was already closed. Gloria from support picked it up the same day, checked the right account, made sure we understood the data on that store would be lost, confirmed with us from the registered email, and removed it within a few hours. She also sent a screenshot showing our live store untouched. Clear, careful and fast.
