The DSers live support team helped me resolve an issue relating to fulfilling an order placed on my Shopify website, with Ali Express. As an absolute "newbie" to Shopify and dropshipping, the whole issue seemed quite daunting and un-solvable to me. Once I contacted the support team, (who responded very quickly to my support message to them) they were very understanding and knowledgeable and resolved the issue very quickly. Fantastic!
