Customer Service Never responds! Customers can't check out AGAIN on our store and Shopify has identified a function error associated with this app. Despite repeatedly reaching out for urgent assistant, we have no meaningful response from PC support team. The lack of support is unacceptable. Customer service is essential when customers need to check out. Loosing money by the hour.
