Fantastic app. Easy communication of shipping details to customer at every point of parcel delivery. Communications are in both SMS and/or email. Usage of this app reduces email received from customer asking us where their parcels are. Thus, effectively reduce workload. Moreover, pairs well with Product Review Add-on. Two Thumbs Up!
