Our shopify store needed a review section for our shopify store. When I installed the app, the widget wasn't under the "Customer Review" section - instead it was at the bottom of the page.
That was an issue because:
1) Customer won't be able to see or write the review
2) It wasn't in the right "tab"/"section" for customers to see the reviews
I contacted Yotpo to help use at the backend so the widget can appear on the "Customer Review" section/tab. Within 24 hours, Dana (Yotpo Support) had completely resolved the issue.
We are so grateful by Yotpo's attention to detail and quick action to resolve our issue. I'm so impressed!
