We found Postscript after hearing how effective sms marketing can be from our agency and wanted to try it. Postscript had a few features other shopify apps didn't so we reached out. Their team was super responsive and helped us set up some test sms campaigns and automations. We were nervous about customer reception, but it worked really well and unsubscribes were low.
