I cannot speak to all the functionality of this app yet. I installed it a couple of days ago. However, I did want to take a moment to tell potential subscribers about my initial experience with PushOwl's support.
First... PushOwl has a wealth of indepth articles for offline review. All geared to help you be successful.
Second... PushOwl actually has online live support. There is, of course, no guarantee of live support on any day at any time. That would be an unreasonable expectation.
That said, Rameez proactively showed up every time I logged in! Frankly, the first time I saw his name pop up in chat, I thought he was a bot. I guess I'm not used to having live online support. He answered my questions. Made suggestions. Noticed something I thought I set up, but didn't. etc. He was my initial lifeline to this app. There to help me get started.
Bottom line... this company really wants you to be successful using their app. I looking forward to working with them.
