DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! we have been using the APP for over a month now and even when it seams to be ok the support SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST, write a message and wait 6-7 hours from somebody in india to respond, it is absolutely crap!
if you need to do something there is absolutely nobody to help you, so better go with app with real support that can guide and help your business
I can highly recommend Brevo/PushOwl to all business looking for a robust newsletter tool, that allows you to segment, automate, integrate and many thing more to a somewhat sophisticated level. If you do not intended or find the time to build highly personalized flows

Great tool! Very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and packed with excellent features. It also provides detailed reports with the most important KPIs for effective strategic analysis. Plus, they have an outstanding support team. I have nothing but positive things to say!
So far I've been able to tackle any challenge - it's not always obvious but their customer support is very friendly and available, even on a free plan so I'd give it a high 5 and a gold star!

Tool is easy to manage and you get very fast feedback from the support team either by chat or email. They even consider your feedback in terms of ongoing development of the app. They have already included some things, which have been missing for my business.
I’ve encountered an issue with your service where the provided documentation often isn’t enough to resolve the problems I'm facing, especially with formulas not working properly. It’s common for website owners to be using multiple apps and may not have the time to thoroughly read through every document or guide you provide. In situations like this, more hands-on, human support would be extremely helpful.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sowbagya, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer support experiences of my life! She was on the chat for over half an hour, going above and beyond to help me with multiple things that weren’t even part of her job. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, she made sure everything was sorted perfectly.
