Migrating systems is a massive challenge, and I initially didn't know where to start, especially with the Shopify integration. Staff memebrs are very helpfull, shout out to Yash who helped me today, as a start up myself sometimes it is difficult to find the right email platform as I don't have a huge base to start from, but Yash helped me find the best solution today for my bussiness needs and I am very excited to try the new plan :) Also the AI chat bot is very helpful, but I got conected with Yash in under 2 min which was fantastic. MISLEADING INFORMATION AND WEEKS OF WASTED TIME
I chose Brevo after providing very specific requirements and receiving explicit written confirmation on February 27 and March 2 that their platform supported "soft opt-in" automations for non-subscribers by their compliance team. After a month of troubleshooting and constant back-and-forth, I was finally told that their tracker technically cannot identify these customers by design.
It is extremely disappointing to be given a 'green light' incorrectly, only to be told four weeks later, after countless tests and engineering tickets, that the app doesn't have the capacity I was promised. Even basic features like SKU-based filtering took an incredibly long time to set up, with support admitting they were learning the 'new feature' as we went.
While the support staff were polite, there is a significant gap in the team's understanding of their own tool's capabilities. To then be told I was 'confused' by the original advice, which was actually very clear but simply inaccurate, is poor service. I’ve lost a month of business time on a setup that was never going to work.
Big thanks to Yash for the amazing support during our migration from Klaviyo to Brevo for our Shopify store! Not only was he incredibly responsive, but he also coordinated with his team to fulfill our requests and solve every issue we encountered with impressive speed. I highly recommend Yash’s support to anyone looking to switch platforms and optimize their Shopify integration!

I would like to warmly thank Nayan and Anjali for their invaluable help. I encountered several bugs due to incorrect settings on my end, and they supported me with kindness, patience, and care until everything was fully resolved.
Being fortunate enough to be bilingual (French and English), I was able to communicate with both support teams, and I find that the French support in particular is especially fast and efficient.
I am currently still on the free plan while I finalize my setup and prepare to launch my business. But one thing is certain: as soon as I make my first sales, I will upgrade to a paid plan without hesitation. The responsiveness is outstanding, and the service is excellent, even for customers on the free plan.
