support - awesome! I was able to use the chat feature at 10pm on Sunday night.
user friendly - even more awesome! very easy to set up!
I have been looking for an easy rewards program and this seems to fit the bill.
easy to connect it to Facebook, Twitter and your blog (via visit a page).
