I'm sure once I start getting to know your app it will be really useful, but the pop up you posted to ask for feedback is a bit spammy, and here's why.

1) I haven't even gotten the chance to really use or get used to your app. So how would any feedback I proved be helpful or useful?

2) I need time to get ready and get used to it, so the pop up is not helping me to do that.

3) Set examples for how your users should be using your pop up. At the appropriate time.
