I was intimidated at first by all of the features and admittedly procrastinated on setting it up. But once getting started with the loyalty program, setting up the workflow using the pre-made templates was quite simple. I reached out to Rise support with some questions and they helped me right away (even on a Sunday) to make sure that I had everything running correctly. I look forward to utilizing more of the features.
