Ruzsel J in support was outstanding. I wanted to upgrade my YOTPO widgets from V2.0 to V 3.0. I explained all my issues and current state of play. Ruzsel was quick to upgrade everything and fix a couple of bugs with format etc. A true credit to your organisation and once again your support is 5 Star! Thanks so much

My new theme update caused a conflict with some of the YOTPO code, which meant that the YOTPO review badge and product images within the carousel did not display correctly. I lodged a support ticket and Nicole was super helpful and was able to identify the issue swiftly, providing a great explanation as to the root cause and updating my code with some script to fix the issue. Another 5 Stars for great support!
Really easy to install and set-up so far. I have the star rating icon showing on my cart prompt, set-up an SEO page and automatic review collections enabled within 2 hours. I had one small query, so I emailed support. I was amazed at how quickly my question was answered. Diane provided excellent customer service. Look forward to collecting many more reviews.
