Yotpo: Product Reviews App

First off, I used to HATE Yotpo. I used another sales platform and did not like the way it was difficult for customers to leave reviews. Once we switched to Shopify, Jack from Yotpo reached out and was able to fix the issues and concerns. He pointed me to Josephine E. who did an OUTSTANDING job in transferring my reviews from the other platform to Shopify and the response time was ridiculously fast. She even went above and beyond with helping me put the right information into the spreadsheets. I HIGHLY recommend Yotpo. Their integration was easy enough for me to input codes and I know very little about coding and the changes showed up within hours.
