They made a WhatsApp group where I was able to talk directly to developers, and they could address any issues I had setting things up. CEDcommerce does the best they can, their customer support is unlike any other. ***1 Year later update:
Haven't regreted!, no point of looking elsewhere. Customer Service is still top, Once everything is setup properly, rarely have to think about it.
