Update- the issue was resolved as noted after this update! Appreciate the assistance. Have to have Google of course, but nobody answers the support questions submitted. So this leaves no choice other than to be very harsh in this review. Have had support questions out there for a week already an no response. not sure where they get directed to.

When you send us a message through the "Get Support" button, it comes to us from the email under Settings > General and Account Email. You may not be checking that email address to get to the messages. I'm going to follow up with you via email to get to the bottom of this and get it solved for you!
