One of the great things about this app is the amount of segments and filtering they allow brands to do to contact the right group of customers. There are an endless amount of filters that you can then automate on top of, which makes the app very versatile in nature. If you learn enough of their platform, you can really customize it to the experience you want to build for consumers.
Also, not to mention, their live chat is fabulous! I have so many questions while learning the ins and outs of the system, and they make it super easy by connecting to a support agent in minutes to answer your question. Very prompt.
