We're using the free-plan that looks like it's no longer available. Really pleased with it and does the job well. We've got Exemptify install also (For EU VAT Free purchases from businesses) and all works well.

May not have bitten the bullet on a paid plan at the time, however our relatively low volume of VAT invoice requests make this a great app to have.
