Hard to navigate and figure out how to use. No help forum or anyone to talk to live for help. hARD TO UNDERSTAND

Thanks for the feedback. We have incorporated many new features into the interface since your last order. I agree, the changes can be unsettling at first but the new UX has so many powerful tools that make your job much easier.
