I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Reviews.io. I upgraded my plan specifically so that my Shop App reviews would sync to my website, but after three weeks, the integration is still not working properly.
I have contacted Reviews.io numerous times trying to get this resolved, yet my dashboard continues to show that the reviews are not syncing. Even more concerning, some of the reviews that do appear to be coming through are being connected to the wrong products. This creates an entirely new problem, because customers may see reviews that do not actually belong to the product they are viewing.
I am paying more for a plan specifically to have this feature, and after three weeks I still do not have a properly functioning review sync. I should not have to repeatedly contact support for a paid feature that was the entire reason I upgraded in the first place.
At this point, the amount of time I have spent trying to get this working has been extremely frustrating. If Reviews.io offers Shop App review syncing as a paid feature, it needs to work correctly — including matching reviews to the correct products.
Very disappointing experience so far.
