After using the app for a couple of years, the customer service team has always been extremely nice and capable. My latest help request took two hours to fix with the help of Manny - Yotpo Growth Support Hero - when I alone spent days prior to find a working solution. Thank you for being super detailed and responsive. 10/10 customer service
