Outstanding support (especially from Jessica!).

We have a fairly unusual setup for our bakery - we only offer pickup in-store and have a lot of complicated rules for which items are available for same-day ordering vs. pre-order, certain time frames required to order, etc.

I appreciate that I can set up these complex rules in Zapiet. Plus, they have a FANTASTIC support team that consistently goes above and beyond to help solve any issues. Support is also typically FAST - any critical issues are resolved within hours if not minutes.
