Best reports app out there.
first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis.
second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.
