The one on one customer service I received while working with Anna at OptiMonk was exemplary. Not only did she help me figure out what I wanted to do with a survey I had developed, but she also went above and beyond and volunteered other helpful advice. GREAT customer service!

Emil ROCKS. I was hesitant to reach out for help because it's a huge point of frustration with some vendors. Not so with OptiMonk! Their attention to detail and sincere interest in helping you succeed is appreciated and dare I say refreshing in 2023! Woot!
