I've had to update my review and I'm sorry to report, I'm looking for a new affiliate app. They have stopped responding, don't understand the consistent and replicatable problems we've been having for months, and now my affiliates can't even see what their customers have ordered half the time. Their cookie storing issue is getting worse and worse, such that when long time customers of an affiliate shop, they see another affiliate's picture and name in their store. I've requested for them to fix these obvious glitches so many times, to get no results, that I'm just going to find a better app and migrate to it. -- May 2023
2022- I am using this app for my very important affiliate program in my Shopify store. We had sort of a rocky start, but after tweaking some of the settings, we were able to get things set up well. We're working now to hopefully integrate them to a subscription app I want to use. They've been very helpful.
