I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with the Google channel app. The Google Channel is used to sync product information to your Google Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts. The channel does not have an association with the Google My Business part of Google's platform, and we do not sync any data to those account types. I'll be following up with an email to open up the lines of communication to see if there is anything I can do to assist you.
