We experienced an issue with our Etsy Integration – CED app, where Etsy orders stopped syncing to Shopify after October 12.

The support team helped us identify the connection issue and provided clear video instructions to reconnect our Etsy shop.

After reconnecting, order synchronization started working again, and missing orders began appearing in Shopify. The remaining orders are still being processed.

We appreciate the team's assistance and hope the synchronization will be fully restored soon.
