We just installed the app so I don't know much about the long term functionality, but the installation process was easy. I needed to change the font of the text and used the chat feature to ask for help. The person I chatted with not only helped me with the font, but they customized all of the parts of the add on to match my theme and color scheme. I was very impressed with the service!
