Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that.
I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.
