Edit: still using Junip, it is hands down the best review app.

We have been using Junip for more than 6 months and are delighted with how it has been working for our shop. We switched to Junip from another app we had used for years, and the difference is striking. First, Junip's admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Second, it's super easy for the customers to leave a review at any point after a purchase (not just after an email prompt). Third, the customer service is absolutely stellar. Most questions we had were easily answered with a search through the help docs. What wasn't found in the docs was resolved by chat. The Junip team is friendly, capable, and super quick to reply via chat. Lastly, the cost is very reasonable. We switched to Junip because we wanted an app that was more user-friendly both for us and our customers, and liked that Junip is a small business with a small team - just like us. We got everything we hoped for and so much more!
