The app support with Shogun is above and beyond exceptional. If you aren't able to solve a problem the support team will immediately solve it for you. They'll either show you how to do it with a recorded screenshot, give you step by step written instruction, or they'll just do it for you right on your webpage. I'm so thankful for them!
