I just downloaded this app and got help off the chatbot immediately. I was stuck with assigning postcodes different rates and Kavishan scheduled a Zoom call with me without me having to wait and successfully helped me out over Zoom. Amazing customer service and a superb app. LOOK NO FURTHER!
