Inventory Management ‑ Assisty

I am in process of consolidating multiple locations and was looking how to manipulate some inventory, I got a "request chat" bubble. At midnight eastern time I was expecting a "chat people are not online" message. But a help person called Emily came online quickly, figured out what I was trying to do from my rather incoherent description, and enabled some things so I could do the report, the whole time Emily made me calm down as she was so systematic and calm.
