I had an excellent meeting with Rio from the Assisty team today. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly step-by-step — especially around setting up inventory parameters, demand forecasting, and safety stock controls.

What really stood out was how he took the time to understand my specific business setup and limitations, then tailored his explanations to make sure the system fit my needs rather than overcomplicating things. He walked me through both the global and item-level configurations, helping me see exactly how to use Assisty to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid over-ordering.

I left the session feeling confident, supported, and impressed with the level of service.

As someone who does supply chain the first time and have no idea on how to do it, Rio is very helpful and patient and answered every questions I have. I just hope they open more hours for support for US based clients. But overall, it's good.

Such a great app! It has absolutely everything we need to keep on top of our inventory and POs. Assisty has helped us avoid running out of product and upsetting our customers. It's a great addition to our team!

I'm thrilled to discover apps like Assisty that can help me manage my Shopify inventory levels. It's very easy to set up and pinpoint the reorder point and inventory movement, which allows me to balance my books. Alex Nguyen gave me a live demo, allowing me to follow along and play in my store while he demoed on his system. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

This filled in the lacking elements of Shopify and more for reporting on inventory, inventory Roi etc. Rio knew the product much more in depth than another product I was looking at. Grrrrreat!

Darius Nguyen was very helpful and extremely polite. I was doing my demo on shift and he was super polite about me having to leave for a few mins to help customers. Excellent customer service! I will be doing a follow up video call with him within the next few weeks to make sure i'm doing everything properly
