This is an amazing inventory planning app. There are so many reports and features that I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I then booked a live demo and had a 70 minute demo walk-thru with Alex. He was so helpful in explaining the app, features, and also helped me setup some frequently used reports on the spot. I am really impressed with the app and the support so far. After a few more weeks, I will book another follow-up demo. Look forward to using this and helping us plan our inventory more efficiently going forward. Thanks, Alex!
Great replacement for Stocky. The support team and Darius were very helpful during onboarding and made it easy to learn the forecasting and inventory purchasing features in the app.
Assisty has become a core part of our inventory management stack on Shopify.
The app works flawlessly and provides a very clear, reliable, and deep view of inventory performance across products, variants, and collections. Beyond basic stock tracking, Assisty delivers a rich set of insights that actually help you manage inventory, not just monitor it. Forecasting, stock health indicators, sell-through analysis, and visual breakdowns are all there and extremely easy to work with. What really stands out is that it covers everything you need for day-to-day inventory decisions and then goes several steps further with advanced analytics that are usually missing from Shopify by default. The UI is intuitive, the data is accurate, and the app feels built for real operational use, not just reporting. For any Shopify store with a medium to large catalog, Assisty is a must-have tool. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and enables much smarter inventory and commercial decisions.
I think this does what i want it to. Unfortunately i find it almost impossible to get assistance in the UK timezone so any issues I have take weeks to fix. Had on boarding 2 weeks ago and since then no-one is able to help at a time that works for me which results in agents not understanding my request and sending unhelpful links. Now run out of time on my free trial so paying full price fo something I don't even know works which is frustrating...
Darius was great - gave me a walk through exactly how to the app works. I think this will save me alot of money buy ordering stock at the right time.
so many ways to see the data, just like you want it. Takes a little time to set up. Looking forward to experimenting with it.

The app is good so far but missing some features that i'n helping the team implement. Darius has been great in doing this.
I have major inventory issues and based on my experience with Assisty so far (1 week) I think Assisty is the solution. I just had a support session with Alex and it was super helpful. Loving the functionality so far.
