I am in awe with how quickly the support team responds to my questions every single time! Whether my questions are large or small, they take the time to answer me in a way that I can understand and carry on with my designing! So thankful for this support staff and the way they respond in such a timely manner! I don't normally leave reviews unless the service is epic- and the help I receive from the Shogun staff is truly epic:)
