They are very responsive in their chat, like REALLY responsive. It's crazy and really helpful when you are serious about your business. Small learning curve on how to use the app but it literally takes like 5 - 10 minutes to figure it out, it's so easy. Definitely recommend the app and it will be one that I will keep in my store when I do my yearly audit to clean things up.
