This app has a great user interface on the site, and decently intuitive controls on the dashboard. I was having some trouble with adjusting the colors of the widgets to match my brand and they were able to help me with a fast turn around! It really helps make your site look professional and allows customers to easily utilize tags and other criteria to filter their results.
The advanced search functionality has been very important for us. The support was excellent from their team when we needed to make some tweaks to search.

The app looks great in my store. The app is a bargain considering you get a powerful filter menu to customize too. I had a small search functionality issue that they fixed very quick. After installing the app and customizing it it makes my website look 10x better.

This was a PERFECT SOLUTION.
The only thing better than the APP is the SUPPORT that you receive alongside the app. This search tool is certainly first class and provides a wonderful experience for the user. THE SERVICE though is the real shining star in my opinion. We all know that as good as any APP may be, there are always caveats and business practices that call for alteration or tweaking to make it truly fit your site. The staff at Searchanise has been MOST responsive and have worked with me through many such situations. I would highly recommend Smart Search and Instant Search to anyone looking for a better Search tool for their store!!!
